Nobel Prize Winner gives talk at the Inauguration of Penang Institute

I am also pleased to announce that the inauguration will coincides with our 2nd Penang in Asia Lecture, to be delivered by Professor Sir James Mirrlees, the recipient of the 1996 Nobel Prize in economics.The event will also feature Mr Lim Guan Eng, Chief Minister of Penang, Malaysian state and national leaders and renowned academicians from top universities around the world.
